Open Letter
This open letter is addressed to the Film Industry, particularly to the top executives and production companies, regarding the treatment of women working off-screen. Over 100 years have passed since the first production studio opened, yet men continue to dominate the roles of directors, writers, producers, executive producers, editors, and cinematographers in Hollywood. This letter delves into how women have been systematically excluded from these coveted industry positions and highlights how the art of filmmaking has suffered due to their absence.
